TO LIGHT

A documentary film by Françoise Darmon
Director :
Olivier Mégaton

Ingo Maurer declares :
"We are mainly influenced by two things : nature and light...I think about our well being. Light can change us. It influences our state of mind. Black (night) represents for me the subconscious, light, the consciousness... Shape underlines the emotional element of light."

Light creates public and private space. Light is an object and a glow : its diffusion is impalpable and poetic, its support object is technological.

OBJECTS OF THE TABLE

A documentary film by Françoise Darmon
Director :
Olivier Mégaton

The Objects of the table, a permanent symbol of social and ethnic behaviour, remains a source of inspiration for designers.

The technology of industrial preservation and food processing competes in sophistication. The evolution of the preparation and the taste of food reflects
new behaviours.

The topic on the objects of the table shows the most meaningful objects of our daily life. Thus, the object being useful and symbolic, has an essential place.

"The table is a world, and the table is the world"... stated Achile Castiglioni
